About
I've been a personal trainer for 19 years, starting my career at Bally's in South San Francisco. In 2008, I ventured out to establish my own business, renting space at Physique Magnifique in South San Francisco as well as Purely Physical Fitness in Noe Valley. I continued at these locations until March 2020 when the pandemic hit worldwide.
Once we understood how COVID spread and how to manage the risk of catching it, I slowly started to open my garage to clients who wanted to resume training. As more clients returned, I began purchasing more equipment until the space evolved into a fully functioning personal training studio. As a result, my garage gym now has everything needed to ensure my clients have sufficient equipment and space for a great workout, allowing them to maintain a level of privacy not available at gyms.

In our training sessions for two people, you and your partner will engage in a comprehensive fitness routine that includes strength training, mobility exercises, and metabolic conditioning. Ricardo will create a balanced workout plan to address your individual goals while incorporating partner exercises for added motivation.

In our group training sessions for three people, you’ll be guided through exercises targeting different muscle groups and incorporating cardio elements during these circuit-based conditioning workouts. It's a motivating and effective way to achieve your fitness goals with the support of your workout companions.
DROP-IN CLASSES

Drop-in classes offer a more flexible way to workout. We start with a warm-up, move into strength training focused on a single lift, then finish with conditioning using calisthenics and free weights, tailored completely to your fitness level. Reserve your spot via text and get ready to challenge yourself!
Drop-in classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 7am, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am.
RUNNING CONDITIONING

Drop-in running workouts are designed to enhance your strength and conditioning for optimal performance.
